More Than Conquerors

Romans 8:37

37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.

Welcome to the month of March, you will prevail over any adversity in your life in Jesus name.

Who is a conqueror?

A conqueror is someone who conquers and rules over another.

For a conqueror, there must be something that has been conquered.

I pray in the name that is above every other name, you will not be a victim.

If you are a child of God no one has the power to rule or conquer you because you have been set free by the blood of Jesus according to John 8:36

The blood of Jesus is the most potent blood against the enemy.

The devil is the already conquered enemy at the cross according to

Colossians 2:14-15

14 Blotting out the handwriting of ordnance that was against us, which was contrary to us and took it out of the way nailing it to his cross; 15 and having spoiled principalities and powers he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.’

However, you must give your life to Him to be able to come under His protection.

In Acts 19:14-16 the seven sons of Sceva tried to copy Paul to cast out demons without submission to the all powerful King of kings  in whose name every knee must bow. The demonic spirit asked them and said “Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are you?”

Romans 8:16 tell us that the Spirit of God in us will bear us witness that we are children of God, are you truly a child of God? The word of God also advises us to examine ourselves in 2 Corinthians 13:5.

Furthermore, maintain a lifestyle of holiness without which no man can see God. Are you living in sin, repent and make total turnaround!

What is your level of commitment to the things of God?  There is a difference between being born again and bearing fruit. Acts 9:62 says that no man having put his hand to the plough and looking back is fit for the kingdom of God.

Is God’s gift to you now causing you to be ungrateful to God?

Are you obeying God only when it is convenient? Remember King Saul whose disobedience cost him the kingdom according to 1 Samuel 15:1-23.

I pray for you, you will fulfil your destiny.

Obey His words, He rescued you from imminent destruction of a lifetime in hell with his blood.

Let this hymn always be your heart desire in your Christian journey,

I gave my life for thee

My precious blood I shed

That thou might’st ransomed be

And quicken’d from the dead

I gave I gave my life for thee

What hast thou giv’n for me?

Meditate on this hymn and rededicate your commitment to God.

The Lord be with you.
