Psalm 68:1
1 Let God arise, let His enemies be scattered: let them also that hate Him flee before Him
When God arises in defence of a man or woman, the whole of the heavenly hosts will fight in defence of that person.
No power in heaven, or earth or under the earth can face the person.
The Lord, who mountains melt before, is a man of war and has never lost any battle.
The Lord will fight your battle.
For God to arise on your behalf, certain criteria must be met.
John 10:14,27
14 I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine.
27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me
Are you truly born again? The Lord knows who is His.
Before you can even expect the assistance of God, you must be able to be truly identified with Him.
Jeremiah 7:8-10
8 Behold, ye trust in lying words, that cannot profit. 9 Will ye steal, murder, and commit adultery, and swear falsely, and burn incense unto Baal, and walk after other gods whom ye know not; 10 And come and stand before me in this house, which is called by my name, and say, We are delivered to do all these abominations?
If your salvation is settled, do you hinder God by lack of spiritual guidance? Do you seek God in all you do, or do you exclude God from your day to day activities?
1 Samuel 23:1-12 & 1 Samuel 30:8.
David never took any step without seeking God first.
Isaiah 30:21
21 And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left.
Jeremiah 33:3 says, call unto me I will answer you and show you great and mighty things you did not know.
Unforgiving heart & holding grudges can be a barrier for God to arise on your behalf.
You cannot fight your own battle without God’s divine assistance, don’t fight a losing battle.
Finally, let prayer be your weapon and live a life of holiness. If a man’s life pleases the Lord, He will make his enemies to be at peace with him.
I pray that the Lord will scatter your enemies, the enemy you see you will see them no more.
